We work closely with trusted suppliers such as Anthony and Christine Snell at Pencoyd Court Farm, Herefordshire, who grow British fruit. Their quality and richness of their soil ensures they grow the best flavoured varieties for premium produce. They have won many awards, including Great Taste Awards and The UK Soft Fruit Grower of The Year.

Only the best quality fruit leaves the farm which is promptly picked then taken a short distance to Windmill Hill for packing.

For our limited edition products, we seek out ingredients with real provenance and character. One such partner is E. Oldroyd & Sons, a family-run farm based in the heart of West Yorkshire’s famed Rhubarb Triangle. For generations, they have grown Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb using traditional methods passed down by hand, preserving a craft that once shaped whole communities and nearly disappeared. The result is a uniquely vibrant, delicately sharp ingredient that brings a rare sense of seasonality and heritage to our creations.
