Highfield Preserves is a family-owned business with 40 years of experience. Our story is of handmade, kitchen table beginnings with preserves cooked on the Fraser family cooker at Highfield Vineyard, nestled amongst the rolling hills of the Devon countryside.             
In every product we look to use British fruit and local ingredients and create flavours which for us capture special memories of the Westcountry. Every jar we make creates a happy memory, such as using trusted family recipes passed down through the generations, just like our grandmother used to make.
